Last Friday occurred the trial of the publisher of Lietuva, A. Olszewiski, against the former editor of Katalikas, Mr. Rusiki.

Rusiki was sued for libel, for stating in Katalikas that Mr. Olszewiski was the secretary of the Independent Catholic Church.

Mr. Olszewiski won $10,000 judgment against the former editor, Rusiki.
