Samuel Baumgarten bought fifty-five lots in Albany Park, in the block between Foster, Avers, Carmen, and Springfield Avenues, from Joseph Goodman. A syndicate is being formed to build on these lots a number of two-flat buildings to cost $17,000 each. Contracts have already been let for twenty-five buildings. David L. Golden, of the firm Becker and Goldman, is organizing 3the syndicate for this deal, which will cost over $900,000.
