The Norwegian Old Settlers held their annual convention at Wicker Park Hall last Sunday afternoon. The president, P.M. Balken, called the meeting to order, and Captain John Anderson functioned as secretary.

It was resolved that the executive invite the Norwegian Pioneers of America to participate in the general convention, held every three years.

It was also decided to hold a picnic at Fox Lake this summer. The president was instructed to appoint a committee for this affair.
