The following were elected to serve three years on the board of directors: Anton Melum, John Jersin, and Dr. N. T. Quales. The ladies' board elected the followings: Mrs. Conrad de Lange, Mrs. B. J. Johnson, Mrs. John Anda, Mrs. Hedvig Johnson, and Mrs. J. Smith. Those re-elected were: Anton Petersen, Haakon Thompson, Olaf Anda, Gustav Wenberg, A. P. Johnson, W. F. Christianson, John Blegen, and M. A. Mahlum.
A total of $836.40 was received from the four branches for dues of 1901.
