The following were elected directors at this meeting: John P. Hanson, Isaac Hausam, F. H. Herhold, William Johnson, Peter Kiolbassa, M. A. La Buy, John Schermann, James P. Sherlock, John F. Smulski, Paul O. Stensland, and Soren D. Thorson.

As can be seen from the above, four Poles are included on the board of directors.

Immediately after the stockholders' meeting, the directors met and selected the following executive board:

Paul O. Stensland, president; F. H. Herhold, vice-president; Charles E. Schlythern, cashier; Henry W. Hering, assistant cashier.
