Don Adolfo G. Dominquez has just arrived in this city from New York City. He has been appointed Mexican Vice Consul of Chicago by the Mexican Secretary of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. E. Cola who has been in charge of the office which Mr. Dominquez will now take over, is to take charge of The New York City Consular offices, which Mr. Dominquez has just given up.
