The Sociedad Mutualista Fraternal Mexicana, had a extraordinary meeting May 13th, for the purpose of substituting Mr. J. M. Mireles, as President of the festivals instead of Mr. Sabino B. Hernandez, who is well known in the suburb. Mr. Hernandez formerly occupied the same office.
