The well-known Swedish architects, Ostling Bros., have completed plans and estimates for a five-story building to be erected at 104 Townsend St. by C. Johnson, act an estimated cost of $16,000. Same firm of architects have also drawn the plans for a three-story structure to occupy the lot at 1732 Fletcher St. This building, the owner of which is C.W. Skoglof, will cost $12,000.
Lawrence Hesselroth, the well-known Swedish apothecary, has purchased the let at the south-west corner of Chicago Ave. and Franklin St. at a price of $35,000. He intends to improve this lot with a five-story building.
