Axel Lonnquist, the well-known Swedish real estate man, has purchased the 123-acre tract owned and used by the Dixmoor Golf Club at the Calumet station in Homewood. The boundary lines of the property, which will be subdivided by Mr. Lonnquiat, are between Western Avenue, 175th street and Dixie Highway.
