p. 6. Forty acres of land situated at the South West section of 111th Street and Keane Avenue were sold to a Greek syndicate headed by Mr. Karkazis and K. Picoulas, for $80,000.00.

Mr. Picoulas and Mr. Karkazis are well known enterprising Greeks of our community.
