Mr. Jaroslav J. Emrhal, principal of the John Herzl elementary public school, received an official document yesterday in which he was informed of his appointment as counselor of the Department of Culture and Education in Prague, Czechoslovakia. The document was delivered to Mr. Zmrhal by a special commission seat to Chicago by the Czechoalovak Ambassador in Washington, D. C. At this opportunity, Mr. Emrhal asserted again that the schools of Czechoslovakia will be canducted according to Chicago methods, which the Czechoslovakian schoolmasters consider the best in the world.
