A collection for the benefit of orphans in Czechoslovakia was undertaken by members and guests attending the New Year's party arranged by the Klub Ceskych Dobraku (Bohemian Good Fellows Club). The sum of $21.50, which is equivalent to 1,750 Czechoslovakian kronen, was sent through Mr. Frana Klepal to the Joaneum, an institution for crippled children and orphans in Prague, Czechoslovakia.
