Opening of Schools in the Bohemian Settlement

The enrollment in schools which will be opened in the Bohemian Settlement at 1831 South Center Avenue next week is taking place these days. Apply there any day this week between 9 A. M. and 9 P. M. and indicate what class you want to attend.
The English night school for adults will hold classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays for beginners and advanced students. Instruction will start on the first Thursday in October. The sewing school and the cooking school classes for girls of school age will be held every afternoon at 4 o'clock, and for older girls at 7:30 P. M. The singing school for both children and adults will be held on Mondays from 4 to 5 P. M. under the leadership of expert teachers. The Bohemian literary school will be conducted on Fridays from 4 to 5 P. M. The gymnastic school with separate classes for boys and girls will meet twice a week.
2In the Cesky Dum (Bohemian House) at 2324 South Central Park Avenue, a singing school for children and adults will open shortly. For additional information and enrollment, come to the House between 6 and to 9 P. M. daily. The singing school will be under the direction of J. Maly, director of the Cesko-Delnicky Pevecky Sbor (Bohemian Workingmen's Singing Society). Here a sewing school for girls will also be conducted with classes on Saturdays from 2 to 4 P. M. Enroll early while places are still available.
