Mass Meeting of Turners in Cincinnati and Neighboring Towns to Protest Arms Export to France.

"Unfortunately too late. When at last arms trade will stop, it will be less the results of protests than because the Government has sold out its available reserves. S. the shame of furnishing to the French arms against the Germans.
