J. T. Sorensen, Paul O. Stensland, and S. Sorensen are the organizers of the new newspaper syndicate. They will publish the old and well-known papers, Norden and Dagbladet.

The name of the new firm will be The Norden Publishing Company. Its capital is $25,000.
