    Danes in Chicago Opera House

The Danes' Professional Theater Company has again rented the Chicago Opera House. This time it will give the excellent play "Mere End Perler Og Guld" (More than Pearls and Gold), written by Hans Christian Andersen. The profits will go into a fund to purchase a monument of Andersen to be erected in Lincoln Park.

Peter Boas, the experienced Danish professional theatrical director, will direct the play.

The Danes have, on several occasions, more than filled the Chicago Opera House. This time we know that they will do so again.
