    Danish Folk Dance

A society for the promotion of Danish folk dance in Chicago was formed last Thursday at a meeting in Jacobsen's Hall.

Its purpose is to revive the interest in and cultivate the beautiful old Danish folk dances, which on a few festive occasions, such as the National Festival, have been demonstrated here, and been well received by the public.

Those wishing to join may do so at the society's meetings, every 2nd and 4th Thursday in the month, in Jacobsen's Hall.
